It’s finally been revealed who will be taking on the role of Peter Kavinsky’s love rival in To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before 2 and it looks like Lara Jean is going to have some difficult choices to make.
Jordan Fisher has been announced as the actor who will take on the role of John Ambrose McClaren, who fans will *probably* remember turned up on Lara Jean’s doorstep at the end of the last movie holding a bouquet of flowers.
The news was confirmed on Netflix’s social-media, with Lana appearing in a video that featured her knocking on a trailer door and giving a warm welcome to her new co-star.
The producer of the movie said in a statement to Entertainment Weekly: “We couldn’t be more excited to have Jordan Fisher join the To All the Boys family as John Ambrose McClaren.
“Jordan’s charisma practically leaps off the screen with anything he does, whether it’s acting, singing, or dancing. There isn’t a more perfect guy who could believably shake things up in Lara Jean and Peter’s world.”
Lana and Noah were confirmed to be coming back for the sequel when it was announced before Christmas, with Anna Cathcart, Janel Parrish and John Corbett also returning as Kitty, Margot and dad Dr Covey.
It’s hard to imagine that anybody alive could be more charming than Noah Centineo, but we can see why Jordan Fisher might have the unique skillset to have us questioning our loyalties.
